Complete and total scam. Took advantage of my elderly mother selling her a PRICEY product she didn’t need. Flat out lied about reimbursement. Used less than one month and out almost $600!! Do not purchase anything from them.

Please be aware, this company is a scam. I was a customer for about a year. I decided I did not need a third party protection plan. I felt the Microsoft defender system would serve me well enough and I also was going to make certain my computer and any software I used was up to date. This being said, I canceled my subscription. Two days later, my computer began to ring at me saying my IP address was being used without permission. It said my computer was on lock down, and to call the number it displayed. I called the number. (Later, I compared phone numbers with Microsoft. It did not match. I called the number later and it rang busy. I tried again. Busy. Tried again. Beep, beep, beep.) He claimed he was a Microsoft representative. He stated, "Microsoft will never call they're customers. We get many, many calls a day, etc." He seemed legitimate. He said he needed to tune in to my computer. He walked me through on how to download a viewer software. Once downloaded, he asked for the IP address and password. I gave them to him. (Not wise.) Next, he said, "Before I connect you must go in to any banking, social media, etc. and see if there is any unusual activity." I did so. (I'm almost certain he was tuned in all the while I was doing this.) He kept saying, "take your time. No rush." When I told him I was finished, he then said ok, now I am connected. He did a network scan and pointed out that I had hackers on my network. He said this is going to take some time to fix. He began working. I got a feeling - this is not legitimate. (All the while he was seeking information from me - "Is your computer the admin for the network? How long have you been running this business? He just asked too many personal questions.) I began closing windows he had opened and told him to disconnect. He wondered why. I told him I'm going to have my network manager look this over. The more I thought about it afterwards, the more I am almost certain MyCleanID had a hand in it. They wanted to make another attempt. I have disconnected all network to my computer and I am having a trusted company come to the office and look things over. I must take precautionary measures to be certain my network is not now being attacked. I have changed passwords to all banking institutions, etc. I don't want to give them any chance to creep around on my network. It's too bad, the society we live in nowadays. There is almost no one in whom you can trust.

Was just asked if I wanted to try it. The Tech already had remote access for another software issue I had. He proceeded to install and run it when I was still asking how long it took and how much it cost. I was infuriated that he installed and ran software on my machine without permission. I had to restart my computer and manually uninstall it. hopefully I got it uninstalled without a backdoor or other malicious intent. I am considering a system restore now even though another agent assured me it was safe. How upsetting as I watched my usernames and document names appearing on my pc while he was remoted into my system. I feel violated.

I had a five-star experience actually I had a 10-star experience but your stars don't go that high. Rain with my customer service or my technical support person and he is very professional he was accurate and telling me how to fix the problem I was having with my keyboard and my screen... I hope if I were to need more technical support I would be able to be contacted by him. He's an asset to your company.
