No appointments were available at Apple and Mobile Kangaroo came up as an option. I had never heard of them, but needed my MacBook Pro repaired so I cautiously made an appointment. They were very responsive on the phone when I called to make arrangements to drop off my laptop. I was told it would take 3-4 days to repair it based on my description of the problem. I dropped it off and they confirmed it would take 3-4 days. 2 days later I received a call that the repair was done! I was impressed by the speed at which they made the repair, which required a full replacement of the display, etc. Even more impressive was there was no charge because it was one day within the 4 year warranty for the repair. They were knowledgeable, on time and so far appear to have done excellent repair. I would recommend Kangaroo to others and will consider them for other repairs.

Went here to have my macbook pro display looked at based on a referral from a friend. Met Ali, who looked at my system. He was able to fix the entire display issue while I was in the store. Best yet, it was a simple fix and he didn't charge me. To top it off, he had a great personality...really engaging. I will be bringing all of my macs here for service now on. I wish I would have found him earlier!

I made an appointment through Apple's website since they were Apple authorized and had a 3 day time frame to repair listed on their website. Walk in, tell the guy the keyboard needs to be replaced and make small talk with the technician while he tells me it'll be a week or two to make the repairs due to parts delays from the manufacturers. Got it. Pay the $65 diagnostic fee, no worries there. I leave. Then he emails me and tells me that the parts are three weeks out and it'll be done within a month. Lol, that's very different from the two week time frame we just discussed. Felt like a bait and switch scam. Save your money and just send it to Apple. This place wanted to charge $200 labor minus $65 diagnostic fee. Apple charges $100 for labor and the parts fee was the same. You pay $200 vs $100 to get it fixed here. Also, for my last laptop keyboard repair, Apple quoted me two weeks but I got my laptop back in 1 week. I thought I would give this repair place a try because it's a lot closer to my work, but it was a $65 mistake. Don't be dumb like me, just take it to Apple store and leave it with a professional who actually gets first dibs on parts.

Had a terrific customer experience at the Palo Alto Mobile Kangaroo location. Ali thought he was going to have to order a part for a repair and hold on to my laptop for two days to do the repair, but offered to open my machine and take a look, saying there was a chance he could fix my problem in just a few minutes. Turned out I didn't need the new part, just had to take out and clean my USB-C port and put it back in. Took 10 minutes at the most, he didn't charge me and now I don't have to be without my computer for two days. Thank you, Ali!!!

My MacBook Pro suddenly stopped working….. turned out that it was beyond repair, got a refund on most of what I paid for the repair (leaving $200 for diagnostic, labor for attempts, and restocking parts used in the repair attempt). Five star customer service and responsiveness, a bit disappointed that neither the data or laptop could be saved.
