I went in one afternoon to get an iphone screen fixed. They quoted a figure lower than competitors in Palo Alto and within 2 hours fixed and returned the phone with a new screen. The problem came a few hours later when I noticed the wiring of the power button was now messed up and the power button would not turn on/off. Since I was travelling the next day, I could not get it re-fixed. Like the place but definitely check everything before leaving.

Got an iPhone 11 screen replacement from here as a walk in. The service was performed very quickly (in about an hour) and the lady was very friendly. Price was on the higher side but I had a positive experience working with this store.

I had real trouble with my iPhone 13 screen, there was some crazy shortcut voice over setting that went on and I was unaware. Couldn’t open the phone until I approached Curetech. She helped to fix my phone and did it for free. I am so grateful to Curetech, this is my first option to go for electronics from now on.🙏🙏

I had an iPad that wouldn't charge anymore because you couldn't put the charging cable into the charging port. I scheduled an appointment and took the iPad in for them to look at. With my internet search, I had thought that the charging port had come loose, and the port needed to be re-soldered and put back into place. The proprietor looked at it, and in about 2 minutes time, realized that the tip of a charging cable had broken in the charging port, and the metallic piece was blocking other cables from being inserted into the port. She used a pair of tweezers and fished the broken piece out of the charge port, and viola, it was fixed. At this time, I was kicking myself for my idiocy, but I had come to her repair shop, and she had looked at the problem and solved it. She deserved to be compensated for her work, regardless of how easy it looks in hindsight - my belief here is that it's not the hindsight that matters, it's what I believed in at the time I walked into her shop. The technician's expertise and experience is what made the fix look easy, and I was willing to pay her for he time, expertise and experience. To my surprise, the proprietor/technician simply stated that she wasn't going to charge me for a simple fix. I replied that it looks simple in hindsight, but she solved a real problem for me, and she put in some time/energy/effort into solving my problem, so it is my belief that she deserved to be compensated - whether it's $25 or $50, whatever a minimal shop charge is, that would seem fair to me. However, she insisted that she wouldn't charge me for such a simple fix, and instead, asked that I spread the word for her about her shop. So I said that I would. So I don't have deep experience with this shop on how well they solve complex hardware issues, but just from this instance of very old fashioned customer service attitude, I would certainly give them a chance to fix my hardware for me, and I would suggest that anyone reading this review give them a chance as well. That's my two cents. Thanks again.

Our iphone had issues with charging and the technician fixed it promptly. Was smooth and quick and I really appreciate their service. They’re looking to solve and problem vs. mint money and I really think this attitude sets them apart.
