Shopping at this Staples f or years, the service and selections has been admirable. Recently the management has changed, it seems. The cashier I dealt with this time "out to lunch!" If hired she should be assigned to the back room stocking products, not dealing with the public.

My OLD telephone number needed to be updated in the Staples rewards program. Cashier volunteered to update the new telephone in the system when I stated that I had tried to by going online to update. She kindly offered to do a quick update at the register. Not many people would have offered to help. My timing was great in that there were no other customers in line AND she was able to make the update in less than a minute!

Wonderfully helpful associates. Yesterday I was walked through the store by someone who knew where everything was and looked up stock to make sure I bought the right ink for a printer. Great help. Someone posing as a Staples employee posted a response to my rave review and didn't even read it. Google messed up. I am going to the Staples Website to put my comment there. They don't have a comment section, so you will need to see what was written below.

This Staples store is the ONLY Staples I will buy product because of the employees in both departments. Each employee is looking for people in the isles and stop to offer help. Then check-out fit could be a different person, and that cashier finds more discounts than I had earned in my Points Rewards, i.e., Price Matching. I have phoned this store, and asked for help on my HP-Lazer Jet Scanner Printer Fax Copier, that I purchased at Best Buy, not Staples . That was a mistake ,as Best Buy does not answer calls on how to get rid of the black line in my scans, you wait in a que, for 15 minutes, and then go to the Philippines, and then are told to go to the Best Buy where it was purchased for help and they disconnected my call. So... I phoned my Staples, and I asked how to get rid of the a black line in my scanned docs, and immediately he asked me if I am at my HP, and I was. He then walked me through the touch screen Utilities, and told me what to select to clean the ink rollers. I asked how he knew that so quickly, and he told me he knows all the products they carry, and the usual problems and questions , and he didnt even ask me if I am a Staples customer? I love this store

The staff at this location were very helpful. Although they were quite busy stocking shelves they stopped what they were doing and answered our questions and offered to show us the location of the products we were looking for!
