The thing that stood out the most was the exceptional customer service and professionalism that I received from the sales associate. I was looking to upgrade my iPhone. The sales associate answered all of my questions and was knowledgeable about the iPhones. He helped me on how to use the new iPhone, and even transferred the SIM card from my old iPhone to the new iPhone. I left very happy from the store.
