Drove 40 minutes and was told to come back for an appointment. So I did, came back 2 hours later AGAIN just to be told that they can't do it since findmy was on. I was not even notified I needed to turn it off before coming, and then was told they can't do the repair because i haven't turned findmy off. To be told to just come back tomorrow.

I paid $199.99 for in in case of plan something breaks. Horrible customer service I paid Best Buy $2000 for my computer $600 for two monitors All HP Waited for 45 minutes to be seen at geek squad when it broke. Only to be told 2 to 3 weeks for repair The $199.99 is for nothing I won’t be going back here again

I took my laptop in because it wouldn't turn on, after asking multiple times to see if he could fix it, or can he take a look to see what the problem was, all the geek squad employee was saying " I have to ship it out" didn't even try or care

If I could give zero stars I would! I brought my computer to this Best Buy Geek Squad so they could fix my charging port. They replaced the whole motherboard, now I get blue screen errors, or it shuts off completely and won't turn back on. 7 repairs later, I've spoken to the store managers, the corporate resolution specialist, and they are all "sorry for your frustration with your laptop, there is nothing we can do." Haha... My frustration is with the people/ company who broke my laptop! Do not use this company!!! They have no guarantee behind their work and they have no pride in customer service or resolutions!!! Small claims court here I come.

Made an appointment with geek squad to fix my iMac. On the day of the appointment the guy calls only to tell me he can’t do the job!! Why are you even with the geek squad team??? It’s the Worst protection plan ever. They never answer the phone and it’s always a long hold.
