The hard drive on my 15 year old desk top died. Rather than try to upsell me on a new computer Randy told me the old one was fine. He installed a new SSD (very fast) and recovered most of my old files. I was impressed and will definitely use them again.

Took my daughter,s laptop in when it subbed went black. Randy was amazing. Diagnosed and fixed it quickly. He fixed it, help me upgrade its speed, and clearly explained a couple easy things we can do to keep it running efficiently. He also guaranteed his work and gave us a great deal. Second visit I have made to his shop and super pleased with the service.

Greatest experience by far! I called earlier in the morning to request a quote to reformat my windows. Randy wanted me to come by and run a diagnostic to see if the Hdd drive was running the way it should. Since it’s an 7 year old drive, I went ahead a told him to swap out for a faster drive. I am extremely happy with the speed. He went ahead and cleaned out my internals and cooling fans as well. Great service and i highly recommend.

My hp laptop had a hinge problem (could not open it all the way and something was rolling around in there). I was referred to this place, brought my laptop and it was diagnosed quickly. Randy was great at explaining the issue and even showed examples of how it would be fixed. My laptop opens up perfectly and Randy reinforced the hinge. The price is very reasonable and the work is top notch. I highly recommend this place!

I was having an issue with the internal fans, so I bought the replacement parts and brought them in to be installed. Randy explained how much more he would have to do for the installation than I expected. Since I showed up late in the afternoon, he had to keep my laptop overnight. He did not steal it, put viruses on it, or anything else bad, and he had me test it out the next day and the problem was resolved. It's still working great.
