Overall highly recommend!!! Had a gaming pc that was slow with a couple other issues. The team was able to provide a diagnosis and was able to explain everything they will look at to solve my issues. Very thorough and in depth. They ask for consent / permission prior to ordering anything and gave me updates. They solved all my issues and they even helped me with cable management for my pc. They provided recommendations and education, which not many places will do. They care about their work and it shows. Thank you for everything.

These guys are amazing! I took my laptop in for charging issues. Two other local shops wouldn't even touch it because they said it was "to hard to repair"... These guys had no issue taking it apart, ordering the part needed, and had it fixed in a couple hours after the part arrived along with keeping me updated every step of the way. Highly recommend.

My laptop stopped working on a SUNDAY afternoon, and I was in DIRE need of it for my work. I thought it was a power cord issue, or it was just too old & tired to work anymore. (It is over 10yrs old). Andrew took a look at it and immediately had several ideas of what it could be. He got right to it and was able to fix my issue quickly. He was also nice enough to explain the workings of my laptop and we discussed some of my options going forward if I ran into this issue again. Andrew was so knowledgeable and polite. He took the time to explain things and didn't make me feel dumb. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND the PC Repair Center for your PC, Laptop, iPad, phone, tablet issues.

They assisted me with some complications with my custom built North Carolina computer when I first moved to the Carlsbad/Oceanside area over two years ago. I ultimately had to purchase a new desktop and transfer files and data going back to 1986. Tough task, but they pulled it off. Shortly thereafter, I moved to Temecula, almost 40 miles away. Had some issues here in Temecula this week, but instead of seeking a Riverside County shop, I remained loyal to my Oceanside shop despite the distance. I feel confident in their ability to address the problem. BTW, there are very few brick and mortar computer repair shops in North San Diego County any longer. I like to see who's working on my asset, and speak to them directly in an old school manner.

Completely bricked the old motherboard due to power outage while attempting to install a bios update for a new CPU. Took it in on a Thursday, and had it all done, (including new parts delivered), by Monday afternoon. The crew was professional and worked hard to make the old PC from storage clean and work well again. Even with a small up-charge, (if you’d rather them order the parts for you), they aren’t out to gouge your wallet. They’re most definitely out to have returning customers. Be it a ratty old pc, or fancy custom build, they’ve proven to put 100% effort into it.
