I tweaked my pc a lot before Roman looked at it, but he managed to get my pc latency super low. Which is quite hard to do on AMD cpus. Gaming on my system is now super responsive. Here’s a screenshot of the system latency from LatencyMon.

Gaming PC was having thermal issues with the CPU and Roman picked it up, re-applied thermal paste, got the dust out, and gave me some air filters to prevent dust accumulation. Got it back and my thermals are reading much better! Went above and beyond and even got a part I needed for my heat sink which was super nice. Even after having my PC for a couple days, I was only charged for what I was quoted! 10/10 company!
