Went above and beyond to find me fastest shipping and highest quality parts for my laptop. Was thorough and is very skilled and knowledgeable in his craft. Great guy, great price. I would absolutely recommend.

So don’t expect like some big store front or really any type of commercial set up. It’s not the easiest to find and parking may be even harder. However, the guy there definitely knows what he is doing and that alone makes up for the lack of parking. Personally I prefer this style over going to a conventional style “shop” anyway. Throughout the entire process Jeff made me feel like he genuinely cared about my equipment and I can appreciate that. I’ll be back. 5/5 definitely recommend for any computer issue large or small.

Went to get my laptop fans replaced. All went swimmingly until he began the install. He asked if my laptop was “off” and I said yes. In his mind, this meant zero power in the laptop and therefore safe to repair. I assumed he just meant that it was just closed down because he did not clarify until later. He then began the replacement without double checking if it was “off” in the sense that he expected and needed. The first step in any kind of computer repair is a complete disconnection from the power source. He did not unplug the battery from the laptop and had I mentioned it, judging from the other reviews, he would’ve likely argued with me about telling him how to repair the laptop. I didn’t bring it up because I assumed he knew what he was doing. Because the battery was still connected, a component on the motherboard was fried while he was connecting something. He then got upset with me for the laptop not being “off.” If you wanted it off you should have double checked that I understood you, then turned it off in the same way that you demonstrated AFTER you broke it, and most importantly unplugged the battery. I wouldn’t have had nearly as bad of an experience if he had just apologized. Instead, he got upset and began implying that it was somehow my fault that the computer was broken. I appreciated that he helped me back up some data off of my laptop before I left but this issue never should have happened to begin with.
