Definitely recommend!! They were amazing at communicating exactly what the issue was. I went to a different phone repair place prior & they had causes more than when I went in. First Response not only fixed my problem but I would also trust to come back as a regular customer. This phone repair was the complete opposite as I experienced prior, I wish I had went here first!

This guys skills must be legit and top-notch because the customer service was terrible. There was no greeting entering the store and the gentlemen his tucked behind the counter until I got up to it. During the conversation he did not make eye contact once and was very stand offish. He made it obvious he did not want my business. I am assuming he must get haggled on pricing a lot. Ax expert who gives no suggestion and is not allowed to discuss statistics. I understand becoming jaded, but damn.

Policies keep changing. Recently I had to pay a down payment on something they didn't have even though before I was told I could pay either before or after the order is completed and not even pay anything towards the delivery and I was told it wasn't even a guarantee it would get there the next day and on top of this all I was on hold for 20+ minutes currently. If I'm gonna be paying for anything over 50$ I'd at least expect a reimbursement if the parts aren't already there within the next day or so. I've been a customer a long time and each time I get my phone fixed, there's always something wrong with something whether it's just my screen or touch sensor not working properly or just an outrageous price each time for the same thing every single time. This is very unsettling and I'd like a word with whoever is in control of the Policies, there is just no way you should HAVE to pay before the job is done. Or even pay for parts they do not have in stock. On top of that my phone back is cracked up because of them. If there were other phone repair stores around my area I could get to I would use them instead if they do not charge for parts they don't have in stock and can't guarantee it would be there by next day or at least a specific time the following day. The only thing they do right for real is the screens. Next time I'm told to make a down payment on something that's not in stock, I'm walking out and leaving. The customer service isn't good and the store policies need fixing.

There was no accountability for timely delivery of my item. Was told for days it was completed, but no one could be bothered to return it to the store. Apparently, they send it out for repairs and have no control over its return. This was all after it took over a week longer than I was initially told it would take to repair. Avoid this place.
