William is really top-notch. I had a custom build that stopped powering up. He was the best price in town to run some quick diagnostics, and it turns out I need to swap the motherboard. He gave me some great advice, and I highly recommend him.

William is always extremely professional and answers his phone most times when reached out to. He also always immediately responds to text.
