I had iPhone which had water damage. I went to many different places to get it repaired and paid charges for assessment however no one were telling me confidently that they can repair. I searched Sycamore online and since it had good reviews, I thought to give it a chance. AJ was very welcoming and asked to leave my phone to find out how bad is the damage and if he can fix. Few days later he called me and said he needs more time to fix but he can fix it and with the very reasonable price which no one had offered. He took his time but fixed the issue completely. I got my phone working again! If you are looking for honest place, this is the one and I bet you can't get it fixed cheaper than here anywhere in bay area.

If we can give 10 stars, we would. My nephew cracked the LCD screen on his laptop. He ordered a new screen replacement online and brought it to Sycamore Tech to have them replace it. We were worried that it might take some time but surprisingly they contacted us back and was done with the service in 2 hours. Excellent friendly service. Knowledgeable staff. Affordable pricing. Will definitely come back here for hardware related issues for all our devices. Note: Store location is hidden from street view. It's in the middle area of the small plaza.

Recently bought a MacBook Pro m3 max and accidentally cracked the screen while on vacation. Called all around the Bay Area for a screen replacement got quoted as much as $2100 for a new screen replacement from apple to $900 for used screen. Called AJ of Cell Phone Repair by Sycamore Tech and he said he can get it replaced with a used original panel for around $630 plus tax. Dropped it off and as soon as he got the part a few days later he installed it within couple hours and my laptop was good to go. He even tested the screen online and showed me that it was working properly. Very satisfied with the results and will definitely come back here for any services I might need in the future. Thanks AJ.
