My charging port wasn't working, so I texted the store and spoke to an associate who responded quickly and gave me a quote. Upon arriving at the store, I was greeted by Vince, he was kind and helpful. He was able to fix my phone and have it back to me within 2 hours. The prices are reasonable and I had a great experience here. Highly recommend! Thank you Vince!

After having cracked the screen of my phone, I was curious as to how much it would cost for the repair versus purchasing a brand new phone. I called around a few shops nearby and many had asking prices double what I had paid at ACCESSORIZE IT. This store also had the part for my phone (while all the others I had called would have to order the part first). I was greeted by a gentleman who provided informative answers to my questions and made the entire transaction a breeze. I dropped my phone off and when I had returned in less than an hour, it was ready for pick up. Although I hope to never again damage my phone, I feel great knowing that this wonderful shop is nearby to provide exceptional customer service to its customers. Thanks, ACCESSORIZE IT!
