I tried to get my battery replaced, which was guaranteed by the Apple Care+ agreement. The associate and manager, Emily, refused to replace it. They cite that the battery hadn’t degraded enough, but I was guaranteed when purchasing that a noticeable drop in battery integrity warranted a replacement. No questions asked. I can see reading the reviews that this store does whatever possible to avoid replacing the batteries. Even letting warranties expire before “receiving” a shipped-in battery. I hope all these unfulfilled warranties net you a beefy year-end bonus, Store Manager Emily. Lesson learned, my next computer will be a PC.

I went to trade in my iPhone 10 for a brand new iPhone 16. The employees made the experience seamless. Everyone, especially Joel was very informative and helpful and answered every question I had. They helped me look at the pricing for the phones and how much it would cost after trading in my old phone. Also, they walked me through the process of transferring my data to the new phone, setting up the phone, and erasing my old phone’s data. Overall, the service and staff were great and very insightful. I thank them for their service and recommend this Apple Store.

The original tech at the genius bar couldn't fix my problem. They kept my macbook and still couldn't fix it. When I returned to pick it up, a different tech helped me and was able to resolve the issue in 40 minutes. It had nothing to do with the macbook other than how my husband had set up the VPN. Great service and willingness to help me problem solve.
