I recently attended a demo for the Apple Vision with my friend’s parents, and it was a terrible experience. I made three appointments, expecting a proper demonstration of the product. I had the demo before so I knew what to expect. Unfortunately, the person responsible for the demo barely acknowledged us and did not show how the Apple Vision works. Instead, we were left to figure things out on our own, which was incredibly frustrating. It felt like they had no interest in showcasing the product or answering our questions. This poor level of customer service and lack of engagement made it clear they didn’t care about selling the product or providing a good experience. For a brand like Apple, which is known for its innovation and customer service, this was very disappointing. I expected much better. Would not recommend attending a demo based on this experience.

Empty store, had appointment, waited patiently too long as numerous associates nauseously chit-chatted around me about nothing related to Apple products with other customers...when I finally received service, it was disappointingly poor in quality and offered no solution aside from "you can buy a new one". Let's not waste each other's time anymore and I would suggest any potential customer to to not waste your time at this location.

Just had a horrendous experience here. We had an appointment schedule at 12:50. Got there at 12:40. Was checked in and sat at the Genius Bar where we sat, waited, saw 2 people helped that sat down after us and was finally asked how we were doing at 1:30 to where we were already late back to work and our plans for the day. They were condescending and not apologetic or empathetic to the situation at all. This also felt like a racial thing which felt even worse. Will not be back to this location and it has given me an overall bad taste for Apple as a whole.

My husband with stage 4 cancer and chemo brain went in to buy a phone. 4 hours later and 5 what ever are working there couldn’t get it going for him. The one thing they did do quickly was charge him for the phone. He was so upset when he got home that he wanted to sell all his apple stock. Why didn’t you send him to Team Mobile. Why is this store even open? You are awful to treat a customer this way. I hope to get a response from you regional manager and some compensation for the anguish you caused my husband.

As a loyal Apple customer for over 13 years, I was shocked by my recent experience at the Mission Mall, Apple store. I visited to transfer photos to an external hard drive, bringing my Microsoft Surface for specific files. The staff’s reaction was unprofessional, even commenting, “Why would you bring that here?” I was then left waiting for hours with no support or acknowledgment. This treatment was not only disappointing but humiliating. I hope Apple seriously considers this feedback to restore the quality of service I once believed in.
