Angel is amazing! I had an old Dell desktop that was ready to be scrapped, but I had so many programs that I had paid for and some that are no longer available, I was reluctant to just buy a new computer. Angel examined it, said he could replace the spinning hard drive with a new solid state hard drive with much greater memory, but that I might, even probably, lose my programs. Well, he worked on the computer, installed a new solid state hard drive, and I didn't lose a single program! He reinstalled all of them and now I have what is essentially a new computer, at a very reasonable cost, and with no hassle or frustration. He has also repaired laptops owned by other family members. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Tech-SOS!!!

Angel came over and checked our routers and our computer computers and stuff and said everything looks just Peachy keen. Fast-forward one week and my iPhone and MacBook and my partner‘s iPhone and MacBook and we have Virtual window servers installed of Linux. Our router recognize us as a Lennox operating system. I cannot download MalwareBytes because my computer tells me I have Mac OS X 10.1. When in reality I have the most current version. These remote hackers have been deleting our apps hacking into bank accounts sending emails. We purchased all new Apple products and created all new Apple IDs, and still have the same issue yet was still informed just to wipe the computer. As if buying new computers wouldn’t have solve that problem to begin with. We asked him to Run a deep scan on our computer, computers and phones because we knew there was something there when android apps started showing up on my phone and my phone was consistently recognized as an android phone when website websites gave me directions to download backups to my android. He said multiple times he didn’t want to charge us the money, my thoughts are he didn’t know how to run a scan on a computer, as we offered multiple times to pay whatever because we were desperate and needed to help. We had no idea how bad this actually was Until we dug into our own computers and found it. It manipulates antivirus and malware software so viruses are not recognized and settings are shut off that are supposed to be there. To protect the computer. Multiple sites identified me as an attacker and blocked me from entering the site, many other sites were not real sites, and after I loaded the page the page would glitch and change, including numbers, paragraphs information photos of staff which caused us to call scam Artist, who tried to get information out of us. Next time take the extra payday and run the scan on the computer when someone tells you there’s indeed something wrong. If there isn’t after you run the scan then you just got a little payday and we have the peace of mind that nothing is indeed wrong.

Angel made a recommendation that didn't work at all. He also said there was more than one solution to the problem I encountered. He also said he would be fine with me coming back the next day, when I said I would have more clarity on how I wanted to move forward to address the situation. But that next day, he had a different attitude than the handful of times I'd seen him before. And he only said he would do one solution, which is not the only I wanted to do. It's especially disappointing that he changed his tune there since he spoke of his integrity in a prior visit I made to his store. A visit that I believe was the one that took place a day earlier. I do appreciate his recommendation that I use Google Drive.

Angel is THE GUY! I took my laptop to UBreakIFix as I was having networking/Bluetooth issues that caused my laptop to keep crashing, and they had it from 10am to 12pm the next day (26 hours), and said they couldn't find anything wrong with it. I brought it to Tech-S.O.S. the next day at 10am, and he was able to run a diagnostic, find the problem/error code (internal network card), replicate the problem, install and try a new card, call me by 245pm with a diagnosis of the problem and with a solution, with the laptop ready for pickup by 4pm same day. (6 hours) Speedy and excellent service.
