They have fantastic deals - and they gave me a terrific price on an unopened MacBook that absolutely suited my needs and was what my budget could accomodate. MY EXPERIENCE WITH MACPRO LA I have strong concerns about the authenticity of this business's reviews, as I noticed a pattern of single-review accounts. I want to share my direct experience with this seller. My MacBook Pro had significant screen and touchpad problems within weeks of purchase, and despite my valid warranty, I was unable to obtain the repairs I was entitled to. While Vivian from customer service demonstrated professionalism, my interactions with Ray (the owner) fell well short of acceptable business practices. The keyboard on my first MacBook failed completely. When I received a replacement unit, it developed serious issues within two months. Instead of providing proper repairs, Ray offered an external keyboard solution that never came to fruition. The screen is now entirely non-functional. Based on my documented experience, I have reason to believe they are installing used parts while charging new-part prices, and their response to customer issues is inadequate. I made the decision to purchase directly from Apple instead, which has proven to be the right choice for reliable hardware and service.

Vivian was a solid front & communicator. Ray or whatever the owner is calling himself now is a charlatan. I bought a 2019 MacBook Pro. Immediately I had to return it because of the letter “D” not working and the shift key. They gave me another. - seemed fine for 2-months then the letter “A” and left “shift” key went dark. Ray gave me a remote keyboard as a consolation - this was for my ‘laptop’ mind you- as they put me in a queue to “fix” my computer. I never got a call or was put in a line. And now the screen crapped out. My theory- they frankenstein computer parts- sell them at a premium -then dismiss you when they’re done. Save the extra couple hundred and buy from Apple direct so you actually get service. I finally have a new computer and couldn’t be happier. Don’t walk … run away from this business.
