I was in dire need of recovering files from my external portable drive. When I called they said it was possible to retrieve the files. Sure enough, it took a few days, but all were recovered safely. Absolutely recommend this place for any of your tech needs. The first time I went was when I had water damage on my Mac Pro, which was an urgent problem and going to an Apple Store was too out of my way and did not guarantee immediate appointment. Angel was there to support immediately and was very attentive to my needs.
