I had a great experience at Brian's repair shop. He was honest and upfront about cost and his attention to detail was outstanding. My battery was replaced perfectly and on time. Highly recommended. Parking is tricky in the area but you can park in the alley if it's a quick drop off or nearby at Ralph's for 90 mins.

Saved a phone I dropped on a tile floor that then began intensely flashing bright hot white and lime/brat green, on which there were a lot of things I had not backed up in a long while. Could have perhaps even kept using that phone, albeit the screen did look different but I did not care, it was fully operational, which was more than I thought was reasonable to hope for! And I had needed a new one anyway as it was quite old (they were still able to work with it!), so I was able to transfer ALL the things I worried I'd lost, to the new phone. Cell carrier store and Samsung store both mostly useless with a broken phone screen, annoyingly, but told me to take it to a place like this.. and so thankful to my partner for finding this place in particular.

I was panicking when my IPad screen suddenly went black and unresponsive. Trying to figure out how to swing buying a new one, ugh. Chanced upon Brian, and wow am I happy I did! Came in Tuesday with my two little dachshunds, dropped it off fully expecting bad news. Wow, next day it’s working better than ever, less than half the price of a new one. Thanks, Brian, you’re a STAR ⭐️

Brian’s service was very professional and very timely. I brought in my phone for an LCD screen repair and got it back after 20 mins. I’ll be coming back here for any repairs for sure!

I was hoping I didn’t have to write this review, but I am disappointed with the service I received. I came in the first time to fix my iPad screen and it came back in great shape, so I decided to come back when my MacBook Pro screen cracked. However, this time, the service I received was poor and dishonest to say the least. I was quoted $650 for a screen repair for the MacBook Pro 14 inch. For this price, I expected the same level job repair I received before. However, when I got the laptop back, I noticed that there were bright spots on the top of my laptop and on the sides that were distracting (first picture). The repair person said that this is because he used an old screen, but I was not aware of this before hand. If I had known this, I would not have agreed to repair the laptop. Then, the next day, he said the screen he used did not have the chip that was needed, which is why there was a bright spot. This was disappointing to hear because I was once again not aware of this until after the laptop went under repair. The repair person offered a partial refund if I kept the screen or a full refund if I returned the screen and he put back the old screen. After a day, I decided to return only the screen as agreed upon. However, he let me know that he did not have the old screen anymore because the recycling person came in to pick up the bins. Although I was disappointed to hear this, I was still willing to return the screen he placed and keep everything else from my laptop. I went the next business day to get my refund and return the old screen. The repair person said he needed a few hours to take off the screen. I didn’t mind and I came back to get my laptop. The repair person sealed the laptop with my old laptop case, so I didn’t think to open it until I got back home. That is when I noticed that he took off the entire top of my laptop and not just the screen he placed. It didn’t make sense to me why he took off the entire top and not just the screen or why he didn’t tell me this beforehand. So now I have a laptop that only has the bottom part and not the top part. This is less parts than what I came in with. I have been as accommodating and understanding as possible, but I feel like the repair person was not honest about the repair process, the parts that were not compatible with my laptop, and the fact that he would remove the entire top of the laptop (the second picture).
