Very very friendly! Best price I could find for fixing cracked iPhone 7 plus screen and rear camera at just $200! They did a wonderful job in a very timely manner. My screen sensitivity and touch started acting unusual though, but when I messaged them about it they gave me a solution and told me if that didn't work they would exchange it. Overall very pleased.
