After moving out of the area I’ve continued to use Avatar remotely. It amazes me how Johnny can keep my computers up and running from afar. Highly recommend this place. My HP laptop screen needed replacement. I took it to a different place first. They looked up my laptop model and said that there are no screens available for my laptop and that I should just buy an external monitor. I researched other places and found Johnny. He is very knowledgeable and friendly. He said that the screen itself has a model number (not just the laptop). He took it apart and found the right screen for my laptop. He fixed it the same day the screen got delivered. It’s like a brand new laptop! Thank you, Johnny!
