It’s one of the most beautiful Apple stores I’ve ever been to. It’s in an old theatre that has been refurbished into its original condition. Check out the pictures! An amazing place even just to visit. Beautifully blends historic charm with modern technology. Its stunning interior and decoration create a unique experience. A must-visit for technology lovers! Ernesto gave us a great service.

Awful and slow service. Waited in line for almost 30 min without knowing what to wait for. Saw vendors catering to people that were pretty much on their phone the whole time. Considering the amount of staff a D public there, they should keep at least one or two vendors specifically for people that are already set on their preferences and payment method and/or carrier and stuff. Keeping everyone on the same line is crazy, considering trade-in and other gimmicks take so much more time than simply swiping your card and paying. All things considered, architecture was insanely good.

Nice place, great architecture BUT as I visited many of Apple stores, a store is always located in a safe, secure and good looking area of the city. Downtown of the LA is really terrifying place. I was looking an hour for a safe area just to park my car. But as I said the Apple Store itself is really great but the location is a little bit annoying, somehow different from your expectations having from an apple store location.

This is the main store I go to & have an appointment for next week. Walk ins is not really available for Genius Bar which is understandable but I think walks ins should be given a slot available. I waited two weeks for a Genius Bar appointment just to tell me a resolution that could have been done weeks when I was in there as a walk in. Customer service was ok but I’ll do a follow up after I get my Genius Bar experience done with next week. Lots of phones and items for use to try which is great also. The iPhone purchasing experience was great and pretty smooth. Seems like walk in service isn’t a priority over appointments so make sure you get that appointment. I’d definitely come back to this store for future purchases and repairs. Lots of security and a phenomenal interior decor. Customer service was very attentive and great. My issue isn’t with customer service is just product reliability and reasonable repair/replacement prices for everyday normal wear/tear/usage. $30+ to replace an out of warranty AirTag or a lot more just to repair…it is out of warranty but it’s the same price as new one & I’d lose the custom engraving too. Lesson learned, don’t buy AirTags. ***update*** I recently did a demo of the Apple Vision Pro through Iriana & it was an excellent experience. She was able to really show me the potential of the product, if the price was in my budget I would have bought it mainly because of the demo. I don’t think you can truly judge that product without a proper demo & she did excellent. Also had an issue recently with my AirPods Pro and luckily it was still under warranty & Stefon took care of it. Solid customer service experience too.

One of the most beautiful architectural restorations I’ve seen, as well as one of the best laid out Apple Stores I’ve seen. Any film buff and/or LA history enthusiast should visit for the sheer history of this venue. Make sure to go downstairs to see the mini gallery about the restoration process. I came when this store opened (and met Tim Cook) but it’s still just as pristine today as when it opened.
