I purchased this iPhone cover from the Apple Store in Century City, expecting the premium quality that Apple typically delivers. Unfortunately after just a few months of use, the material is already chipping and breaking off, as you can see in the photos. For a product at this price point, the durability is unacceptable. I expected far better craftsmanship and longevity, especially considering this is an Apple-branded accessory.

I went to this Apple Store this Saturday and it was the beginning of sales for iPhone 16. It was super crowded and extremely busy. Richard helped me with my purchase and was extremely helpful, patient and knowledgeable. He went above and beyond and even though my previous phone was old not supporting the apple wallet he figured a way and brought us a floater phone that helped us handle the transaction. So grateful for having these kind of people with integrity and desire to help customers. Well done Richard and Apple, keep up the good work👌🏻👌🏻

Very rigid staff. Feels transactional, way different than what I was used to whenever visiting an Apple Store - and definitely far away from the white glove experience people expect with apple. Negative mention for the manager - she simply doesn’t care

I recently visited this Apple Store on January 24th to purchase a new Apple Watch Series 10 and prepare to trade in my fully functional Series 8 with some screen scratches. However, a store employee told me my watch was not eligible for trade-in. This confused me because my device was in perfect working condition. Since I was already committed to getting the new watch, I purchased the Series 10 at full price. After a few days, I decided to check Apple’s official website and submitted a trade-in request for the same Series 8. Apple approved my trade-in and offered me a $145 Apple Gift Card without any surprise because that Series 8 fully functioned. This experience left me disappointed with the in-store service, as it seems the employee either provided incorrect information or was unwilling to process my trade-in. Apple should ensure its employees are properly trained on trade-in policies to prevent customers from unnecessary inconvenience and frustration.

It brings me no pleasure to give a one star review. Just buy what you need and skip the unhelpful staff. Unhelpful wouldn’t garner my response but snotty, sanctimonious and demeaning do. I’m hopeful these are temporary holiday employees and not the new normal. Until then I’ll do my purchases by mail. Absolutely dreadful to purchase a new iPhone and leave 3 hours later with three different employees provide escalating levels of hostility. Skip this disastrous location.
