Gilly was a fantastic guide throughout our Vision Pro experience. She taught us how to use the technology and took us on a virtual tour that felt like we jumped from 2025 to 2050. Imagine controlling your laptop with only your eyes and two fingers, and being fully immersed inside of a movie! Thanks for a great night. We will be coming back.

Nick at the Apple Store saved the day after my AirPod got some serious airlift when I was speeding it literally flew out! He made the replacement process so easy, and those blue eyes didn’t hurt either!

Had a terrible experience at the Apple Store in Beverly Center on Feb 8 at 2 PM. The store manager, Gary, falsely claimed the payment system was down for the entire store, yet I saw other customers checking out fine. It felt like blatant discrimination. After pushing back, I was finally able to purchase my MacBook Pro 16-inch without any issue. Unacceptable behavior from management—Apple needs to do better. Avoid this location.

Lake of customer service, employee seems like they doesn’t wanna help you. I always recommend going Apple tower theater in downtown LA , I had to swing by this Apple Store since apple tower theater didn’t have item in stock.

I stood there for more than 10 minutes. I asked twice to help me buy a phone, but the manager and sellers talked nicely to each other and simply ignored me! This is outrageously poor service. want to feel like crap? Welcome to Apple Beverly Center!
