Dishonest owner. Stay away!!! After I got my phone screen repaired by this place, majority of contacts were deleted. I unlocked my phone when I gave my phone to this guy and then realized I should have locked it, but he said the phone will be shut off for repair anyway. Well I got my phone back and majority of my phone contacts have been deleted. I called this guy to let him know (the owner) and instead of coming up with a solution, he refused to believe that my contacts were deleted after he fixed my phone. He blatantly refused to even accept any accountability or offer a solution. He didn’t believe me and that’s a problem. There is clearly a lack of integrity with this owner. If he messes up your contacts or pictures and they get deleted, rest assure he will refuse to accept responsibility, nor will he help you fix what he caused. If you experienced something similar, please let your cellphone carrier know so they can pull his contract. The lack of accountability is absurd. Stay away from this place because you may end up with a similar experience.

I brought my husband’s phone here to replace his cracked screen. The guy here was very nice. Very soft spoken. He even opened a few minutes early when he saw me rattle the door. Had the phone ready exactly when he told me it would be. I appreciate his kindness.

Showed up early before my actual appointment time and the gentleman that was helping me was able to take my phone. He told me to come back in 30 minutes and I did and my phone was ready. Highly recommended.

Great service. Busted the display on my new $1,200 Galaxy. Turns out I had purchased insurance and I only had to pay about $30 copayment to get fixed. Found CPR and called to confirm they had the part. Stopped by and within minutes I was back up and running. All my information and data still there. Like it never happened. Would recommend.

Went in to a get a tablet repaired. Had to call back multiple times. He told me he'd try a battery. Never once saying I'd get charged for it. When I went to go pick it up. He told me I'd get charged for the battery. And I could either get store credit. Or $50 in cash. When I mentioned that he never spoke of this. And I wanted my money back. He insisted on it being store policy. It's not anywhere in the receipt. Nowhere on the website. I escalated to corporate. Who still have not gotten back to me. This is simply unacceptable. This is the first time I've had this happen at a repair shop. I feel scammed. Do not take you're items here. If I hadn't paid in cash. I would have done a chargeback so quick. The former owner told me he would have given me back my full deposit. The new owner is very dishonest. I might have to cut my losses at this point
