First of All , I would like to Thanks the ladies LeAnn and Chelsea at the printing center in the Lancaster store!! They were helpful and very patient with me and the other customers at 3:30 -4:00pm 11/15! However the Service printer were down or doing a horrible print job. This is reason for my concern. I also let the manager on duty know that the team was working extremely hard because of the situation with the printers! She indicated she would let corporate know-whatever that means. Anyways to the team at self print- THANK YOU for your excellent customer support!! To the manager- Christine -who look over at the staff and said she would let corporate know…….. 0 stars cc Corporate this!! Thank you Leanne and Chelsea for excellent customer service!! During the busiest time of the year, returns, I need to get service on my computer. After the tech looked at my computer, made recommendations and my computer was ready the next day. I am old and never any tech talk, just plain English. Loved everything!

Al is the best-est of the best person at Staples!!! My problem earlier this week started with my printer leaking ink to ending with a new printer that I love! Al was so very patient and helpful in my journey from the beginning problem to my now happy printer time! There were so many in-between things that happened and he fixed all of them! I appreciate Al so very much. He is awesome.

Staples is clean and associates handy and helpful. It's the closest office store after a 75 minute drive into Lancaster. So it’s a handy location off Valley Central Way. I don’t shop often but when I need ink for the printer, I’m pretty sure they will be extremely helpful. I wasn’t signed up for their rewards program but it was easy and simple. My shopping got me some points so that’s nice. I gave it 4 stars cause no where is extremely perfect. 😋✨💫

If you wanna come here and try to print something, One, there’s nobody on site. The ladies there are horrible no great communication. I went up to the manager the dude look like he had had an attitude for me, asking about me paying cash to print out some paperwork telling me to get a prepaid card to put money into it. Why do I need to do that? I have cash Currency and the United States of America place horrible customer service employees here are no good. Specially, the manager look like he was high on something. I have no idea I would not be coming here to print out any future items. There are better and greater services I can get somewhere else you have lost my business and I would not be coming here again.
