There was a man Amar there has very weak knowledge of phone security. He said phone hacking is impossible when i explained multiple phones in our family were experiencing obvious remote tampering that multiple service providers confirmed. When i pointed out numerous remote monitoring & control systems on that were readily available he got very angry and was no help. May as well go to a mall kiosk or diy.

My phone was having a problem with the microphone. I just happened to see CPR Cell Phone Repair as I was driving through the shopping center. They were able to handle me right away, told me to come back in 2 hours and they'll give me the diagnostic results. They had to order a part, so it took the weekend before they asked me to bring my phone back. It took them less than 2 hours to fix it. They were friendly, polite and very knowledgeable.
