My recent trip to Staples in Martell, CA was great. I spoke with a Staples staff member who explained why my type of printer was having issues. It was locked and she stated if I install the printer company ink cartridge it will unlock the printer and work perfectly. She was 100% correct. I wish I could remember her name. Very knowledgeable staff. Printer works great and I didn't throw it in the trash as planned. Scott

I was able to purchase an $85.00 desk lamp for $27.00 using the rewards I got from purchasing ink for my printer which I needed to buy anyway. This Rewards system is a really good one. I wish more people realized it really will save them money to sign up… I’m really glad that I did. :)
