they need to explain themselves better. We lost $300 due to a trade in and they did not reset our bill like we asked them too. They need better employees and better customer service.

Shockingly bad service. I took in my HP laptop under warranty because the camera stopped working. The laptop was otherwise like new. It took them a month to fix it, and when I went in to pick it up, the top cover had scratches gouged all over it. I told the manager that this was unacceptable. She looked at the paperwork that went along with it and told me that it said it was scratched when I dropped it off. I insisted that it was not scratched and that maybe one of her employees wrote that on there to cover themselves. She said, no, they don't do that, and she called over the employee who had originally checked me in when I dropped it off. This employee said, "I remember, this was scratched when he dropped it off." The manager then showed me the paper that said it was scratched from the start, but that was not the paper I had signed. I insisted that she show me the paper with my signature on it, so they went into the back and brought it out. This paper, with my initials and signature, said nothing about any scratches at all. The manager then admitted that an employee had gone in and changed the form afterward, to cover themselves! This is straight out fraud. They damaged my computer and then changed the paperwork in an attempt to blame me for it, and lied to my face. The manager agreed to send the laptop back in to have the top panel replaced. A week later I went back to the store to check the progress. She hadn't sent it in yet, or even entered it back into the computer system. It was just sitting on a shelf, totally forgotten. Finally, she re-entered it into the system and sent it back to have the panel replaced. It has now been two months in total since I dropped off my laptop for warranty repairs and I'm still waiting, using an old, out-of-date backup computer in the meantime. Hey Hewlett Packard, do you know what kind of company you are contracting with here for your warranty repairs? Send me a new one already.

Would give 0 stars if I could. Brought in an iPad after being assigned to this location via Apple Tech Support, because all of the sudden my charging cord wouldn’t fit in the port. The tech at GeekSquad took one look at it and said it was irreparable and I had to buy a new iPad. It was really defeating but I’m SO glad I didn’t believe her because I took the iPad down the street to an independent repair shop and they knew what was wrong before I even showed them the port! In 5 seconds they were able to identify and remove a piece of one of my aftermarket charging cables that had become stuck in the port and was the reason why I couldn’t charge the iPad. GeekSquad is an absolute scam and they don’t deserve to be contracted with Apple since they clearly have no idea what they are doing.
