I took my MacBook Pro in for a replacement hard drive. He installed a new SSD and it's faster than new! A super quick turn around time, very fair pricing, and great communication, made for a wonderful experience. 2 weeks later, I bought a new battery for it. He installed it faster than quoted, and even replaced missing screws in the case at no charge! He and his wife treated me like I was their only customer, and made me feel like I was dealing with friends instead of a big business. Highly recommended! 👍💯✨

My 5th gen iPad Air charge port was damaged after a relative attempted to plug in a lightning cable to charge. My Apple Store visit coincided on the weekend right after the iPhone 16 announcement and as a result, the wait for a walk in appointment at the Genius Bar was 2.5 hours. As a result, I searched for repair shops close to me and found this location has pretty positive reviews on Google and Yelp, so I called ahead and decided to drop it off. I dropped it off Sunday and the worker said it would be ready by Tuesday. One Tuesday, I called and they said it will be ready Friday. On Friday, I inquired and they asked me what is the password to my iPad. I thought it was strange that they would ask for my password when replacing a charge port. About an hour later, they asked me to call them back and they said that there was an issue where the charge port works, but now the display no longer works. I mentioned that the display was working fine prior to drop off and just the charge port was not working. They stated that they will continue to look into it. I checked find my app and it shows device was powered on the previous day and reached out the next day to check for an update. Response was very rude “Keep sending me asking for updates will not make the work faster”. About a week later I called asking for an update and they said they are still working on it. Find my app still shows that device was not powered on for a weeks. About a week later, they call back claiming they sent their best guy to work on it and he wasn’t able to fix it so “Apple can’t fix it”. I picked it up later that day and they apologized and did not charge me. I came in with a broken port and left with a broken display. I’m glad others had a good experience, but I would 100% not recommend this place. I should have just scheduled a follow up at the Genius Bar.
