I am a photographer with many hard drives. All but one was backed up, and that one crashed. Most of the data recovery options I researched left me feeling anxious. Computers and data are cold and impersonal, but to the individual who may lose his data, it's very personal. I was uncomfortable just shipping my non-functioning hard drive off to some lab somewhere without speaking to a single person. Magic Data Recovery Hollywood was the opposite. Their shop is local. I spoke with a dedicated point person, made an appointment, and went to their location to drop off my drive. He asked questions and had me discuss in detail what I knew about the drive’s dysfunction. He listened, empathized, and explained that the techs were well trained and following the latest breakthroughs in data recovery. I saw a rosary over the technician’s computer, and sensed an extreme pride the shop took in its work. The point person texted me frequent updates about the progress that was being made. He explained what they found wrong and that it was fixable. After ordering some parts, they recovered all data on the drive, 100%! I highly recommend MDRH!

The staff at Magic Data Recovery were a God send! My computer froze out of nowhere and then deleted literally all of my files by itself. As a business owner this sent me into a panic. When I called and chatted with the staff, they were so compassionate and understanding. They managed to retrieve ALL of the lost data and they cleaned up the computer to make sure it was running optimally again. I'm so grateful for their service and their attitude. Definitely recommend!

Fantastic service! I interviewed several companies and Magic Data Recovery Hollywood was by far and away the best! Greg on their team responded to me super promptly. Greg and the entire team were above and beyond communicative and helpful in retrieving our LaCie Big RAID-5, 20 TB drives.
