Service was just great. Brandon was able to rescue my Alienware laptop that I’ve had for eight years. If I were to buy a new laptop with the same specs, it would cost me around $3000 but only cost me $220 and now it’s fixed.

My overall experience was great. I was assisted by Alfredo I came in because my phone was not charging and within 5 minutes he was able to fix it at a reasonable price. He also explained to me exactly what happened and how he fixed it. I highly recommend ubreakifix I will definitely be back if I have any more problems.

Alfredo was the absolute best! Very quick and helpful with cleaning my charging port! Also gave me multiple options and what to do when things go wrong with my iPhone 11! Great store! Will come back again if I have any more problems!
