Tried calling ahead of a schedule to see if they had the part for my repair. They must not have the number for the in store geek squad listed because they couldn’t confirm if the part was in store. I went for my appointment and they didn’t have the part but also said they couldn’t order it. It was just an iPhone 12 pro screen. I don’t blame the team there but Best Buy / Geek Squad as an organization. I just had to end up going to apple directly to do my repair.

I have never left a bad review for any business, because I get it…I’m a worker too and stuff happens, but I am genuinely confused on the service they offer here, I have to call to make an appointment with someone over the phone (after no remote service is offered I couldn’t even make a reservation online), and that person tells me they can AT LEAST look into my PC to determine what’s going on at the location, I show up…only for them to tell me I need someone to come to my house to look and see what the issue is, after not even looking into my PC (we only got to the start screen), the worker only turned it on and told me there wasn’t anything more they could do…shouldn’t everything you need be at Best Buy BECAUSE ITS BEST BUY??? And even when I asked the worker how exactly was it an “at home issue” he told me…”honestly I don’t know”… I honestly don’t know what the point of the “Geek Squad” is.

ZERO customer service! Went in with an appointment, the guy that was there didn’t seem to be wanting to help at all! He said he didn’t know anything about what could be done, we explained him what was going on and he acted like he didn’t cared. I usually have good things to say about best buy but this guy deserves to be home and not working “helping” people! Geek squad should be about helping customers, we didnt go there wanting to get the PC fixed for free but i guess they didn’t want our money.

They don't know what they're doing with PCs, and honestly don't have any parts in stock either. I asked them to fix my heat sink, and they took the still broken one, put it back in the rig, and didn't even try to screw it in; just left it hanging by a cord and some thermal paste. They were kind and didn't charge, but I WANTED to pay them for services which they apparently couldn't provide.

Made an appointment with them at 12:40 PM to get my iPhone XR looked at. I arrived at 12:20 PM When I got there, the associate told me they cannot support Apple products at this time and suggested I go to the other Best Buy location nearby. No problem. I asked him if he could transfer my appointment to that location for me since there's something wrong with their systems if they allow Apple appointments they can't support at his location. He said yes, but the closest appointment would be at 2:20 PM. I couldn't do it because I have to go back to work. Fix your appointment system with Apple, Geek Squad.
