Service here was good. Prices are quite high. Even items "on sale" don't seem sale priced. The TN 660 toner I bought was priced noticeably higher than the last time I got one.

I can at least say that this location isn’t anywhere as bad as the one in Reno, but this store policy for returns is frustrating. I returned a printer and used my debit card and pin, so it should be returned to my card in 10 minutes, Staples makes you wait 24 hours . That is ridiculous- why hold someone’s money when you have returned the merchandise? They have no right to hold your money and it isn’t like the transaction or return is still processing or going through , it’s done the moment you enter your pin and they hand you your receipt. They just hang on to your money because they can.

Unfortunately, this store has lost my business. Maybe forever, unless there is a major shake up in personnel. All I wanted to do was make an Amazon Return. After more than 30 minutes I had had enough. Several customers in other parts of the store, who came in after me, were helped. The person at the copy & print area told a lady behind me that assistance had been requested and they would be there when they were available. This tells me that customer service is not a priority. So why would I want to do business in a store that is managed like this. I do not.

Pretty darn good experience once I figured out how to pick it up in the store from my online purchase instead of having it shipped. The thing they should fix right away is their phone system(s). They are trying to save money by using an Internet phone for their business and I felt as though I was taking to someone in another country with a very bad crackling phone service like the old days. I had to ask the associate to repeat herself multiple times and I live 4 miles away and know it wasn’t my phone.

Second time in a row now I've had a terrible experience with their print center. First time I was waiting over a half an hour for the team to find my order. Second time, received a notification that the prints were ready for pickup. When I went only one of two items were ready. They had not printed the other part of the order and still marked it complete. This place seems like a mess and I will never do business here again
