Too bad there isn't a 10 star rating option! Melissa and all of her staff are very personable, tech experts, and all know how to explain the intricacies of navigating a computer, device, and the internet in a manner that is understable and makes sense to a technically challenged person (like me!). I am a loyal client of Quietech for several years and have always been very impressed with their service and, as a bonus, their VERY reasonable rates. I recommend them highly as the go to place for all computer needs.
