I stopped by this Apple store inside the Glendale Galleria mall to look at the Macbook Pro M4. I might be looking to get a new laptop so I was interested to see if there any big difference from the M2 in person. While I was inside the store, I also walked around just to look at their products. A worker greeted me and asked if I needed any help but I told him I was just browsing. I saw that they have a class to teach older people on how to use some Apple products too. The store is big and everything they had out was properly place for you to enjoy it.

A decent apple store in Glendale Galleria. I came here to fix my old macbook. It’s too old to get serviced so I had to wait at the store while they did it at the counter. It would be very nice of apple to service ANY model of its product. Anyway, staff was helpful.

So my phone said to do the iOS update which I did and then my phone screen went black I called AT&T they troubleshooting my phone they couldn’t tell me so they said I had to go to the Apple store instead of going to the Pasadena store decided to go to the Glendale Galleria. I’ve always had good luck there. Manuel helped us out and he was absolutely amazing. Gave the guess best customer service And was able to help us out and get the phone fixed within two hours returning the phone to be fixed and came back 10 minutes prior to the appointment time to pick up. We waited for about 20 minutes and Miriam came to help us her customer service unfortunately was not as great as Manuels we decided to ask or somebody else to help us at which time Miriam told us she was the only one in her position and did what she did so we would have to deal with her. thank goodness, Emmanuel was close and came over to check to see what was going on. He then proceeded to go get a manager for us MJ, who was also extremely helpful and have very professional Friendly customer service. She was extremely knowledgeable and help to educate us on the process. Unlike Miriam, we all live with our phones and do a lot from them. We work from them we communicate with our loved ones. Our phones are very personal to us and when people don’t take the time to explain the process, it can make us more stressed out. It’s important to remember especially during the holidays that there’s a lot of angst going on. We understand that the store is busy and that there’s a lot of people we saw a lot of, people in red that were working they’re doing several different things. This store is known for its great customer service, easy accessibility. I’m very glad that Manwell and MJ were there to help us out and educate us and to get everything taken care of in a timely fashion 10 out of 10 would totally recommend this location

This is the worst apple store in earth Made us wait 40 minutes just to confirm the price and colour and before buying the phone again 15min wait even when the store was empty. Three women staff just playing parcel the parcel with customers and doing nothing Please change your staff immediately. They are useless

Completely Disappointed—Never Shopping Here Again I will never support this location again after my recent experience. I placed an order for in-store pickup, and when I received the notification that my items were ready, I went to pick them up—only to be told that my computer had already been picked up by someone else. It turns out they gave my order to the wrong person. What’s worse is that instead of immediately offering an apology or a refund, the staff insisted they had followed all their protocols and that the order was completed successfully. I now find myself in a situation where I have to involve the police and my bank because of a mistake that was completely on them. It’s unbelievable that a simple mistake like this was mishandled so poorly, leaving me to deal with the fallout. I will not be returning to this location ever again, and I strongly advise others to think twice before shopping here.
