I took my son tablet to have it look at since he dropped it in the tub. I went to repair all on 5/6/24 to see if it's fixable. I was told it was a free diagnosis so I said wth let's do it. They had it for 7 hours just for them to tell me that they opened it up and "dried everything" and still doesn't work. Took it to another place and they told me that the tablet was NEVER opened. They even provided photos and sent them to me. What I can't seem to understand is why bother even wasting my time taking my son tablet and never even try to fix it or anything? So if I was anybody that's thinking of taking their items here I really recommend to go somewhere else. Clearly you can see the water they so called dried up on the pictures I uploaded. Now just imagine if they willing to lie about something this small, what makes you think they won't lie about your item requiring more parts then it should. I find this very unprofessional.

I took my phone here, and was convinced they can fix it by sending it to the “master tech” (which I paid $100 for). They stated that they called me and left a voicemail when I called them 3 weeks after the fact. I thought that maybe I just never seen the call, but I went back to my call log, and nothing at all, but I know they had the correct number because they had called before sending it off. After I went to pick it up, I decided to just finally break the bank and go to the Apple Store, which I apparently should have done in the first place. Apple let me know that they changed the screen to a non-authentic screen, which no one told me, they just said that “they couldn’t get it to turn on”. If I could leave 0 stars, I would… very disappointed.

I want to start with the techs that helped me both times were super awesome. Disappointed I initially came in for a display issue on my wife’s phone and they swapped the display for a great pice. That display had an issue so I brought that phone back for them to fix under warranty. My phone and hers both needed batteries so I had them swap those as well. The batteries were not Apple batteries (I don’t think it’s possible for them to get Apple batteries) but they charged me 260 for the repair, and I just checked Apple and it would have been just less than 200 for genuine Apple repair. Apples site used to be super bad for checking prices, but it’s much better now. Not to mention that on my phone they broke the screen, to their credit though they automatically replaced it, but now I have a non genuine screen on my phone, and now the auto brightness is acting weird, and sometimes the tough is a little sluggish. On top of all that the new screen they put on my wife’s phone is starting to have touch issues. Long story short, it seems like they are charging high prices for cheap hardware. Also the credit card charge showed up as being from Fresno state which is weird. Not sure if that’s because of them or the Apple Card.

I have to give a 5 star for this one. Volak was super helpful! I thought i was going to need a new iphone and he took a quick look at it and seen it was only the screen that needed to be replaced and that i still had some life left in it. Fixed it right away and i was out of there in about 15 minutes. He was super friendly too.

Mireya she was super friendly. She was able to fix the screen of our phone in 30 minutes and our phone was like new again. I would highly recommend this place. Will definitely be going back if I need any repairs and recommend to friends and family
