Nick is awesome, he welcomed my daughter and I and asked if we needed any help and answered my question about trading in games. He’s very friendly and we loved looking around in the store. We found a Sailor Moon figure and purchased it. It was brand new and is going to be well kept in our collection. He quickly signed me up for their rewards program. We will definitely be back.

Kelsey was super helpful, had a great attitude and made me feel very welcome from the moment I called to the moment I arrived in the store. I came in looking for some CIB games and she was helpful enough to not only show me around but also tell me each stores inventory. She was also super cheerful and sweet she made my day. She referred me over to the Figarden location where I had another fantastic experience with Amanda. Thank you so much Kelsey and Blue Shell Gaming team!

A complete 180 from the new one in fig garden drive. The gentleman working at the site was very helpful and lets you shop in peace without breathing down your neck. Purchased Pokémon white and everything worked like clock work. The people running this store need to train the manly lady that works at the fig garden shop.

So my bf and I went in there on the weekend because he wanted to know how much he could get for his trade-in. The wait time was absurdly long and even when we were getting it appraised we still had to wait an additional 30 minutes for the gentleman to get an answer from someone who was not there. The guy that helped us was nice enough but the lady that intervened was very rude and was dismissive as well as degrading in tone. She had a very different tone with the prior customer than she did with us and we were not being rude or disrespectful. I am very disheartened by this experience as I used to recommend them to my friends. Never again.

First time coming in here and never going back. Brought in a fully functioning steam deck valued at 400 brand new. These guys tried to offer me $60. I questioned this, but another employee, hopefully she is not the manager, comes into the conversation who was very rude and condescending. At the end of this, they were only willing to offer $75 total for a console that sells at $320 pre owened. Even at a percentage, this is well below expectations at 23%. What a rip-off. Also, we heard her tell another customer who did a trade-in that they offer 30% below resale value. Don't waste your time here. Update in response to their reply: I mentioned multiple times that I did have the power cord but wanted to know an estimate if I were to drive home and pick it up. This was the first thing i mentioned as I saw I had forgot the cord at home. Trying to offer me $60 for the steamdeck alone or possibly $75 - $80 with the power cord is still a rip-off regardless.
