I would like to second the review stating that the management in this store is unprofessional. I purchased a new laptop, with the understanding that I would be receiving a $100 credit for my old Mac laptop. The salesperson examined the old laptop and told me to pay the full price for the new laptop, and I would receive the $100 credit when I came to pick it up - after data had been transferred from the old laptop. But, when I came to pick it up, I was told there would be only a $20 credit, because they noticed that the screen had some minor delamination. This was completely visible to the original salesperson, who did not tell me the credit was based on any kind of inspection. The supervisor, whose name I unfortunately didn't get, refused to provide the promised $100 credit. He offered to give me pointers on my new laptop instead, which I didn't need. Then, he just walked away. It's a relatively small amount of money, but this seemed like a very frustrating bait and switch tactic. I will not be shopping at this store again.

Parker is the most disrespectful employee in this place. I wouldn’t allow him or trust him to touch my phone with a 10 foot pole Rebecca the manager is very nice and sweet and took care of the situation in an orderly fashion but again I would stay away from Parker. He’s very rude zero out of ten on his customer service skills, Rebecca 10 out of 10 customer service skills. For a recap the man is very impolite. Parker should not be working in customer service. And that’s OK there’s a job for everyone but customer service is not his Where Parker should be at

Despite having more staff than clients, I still had to wait a long time at the Genius Bar. Watching the staff chatting among themselves highlighted a lack of management and professionalism. In addition, this shop fails to provide the level of service one should expect when purchasing a high priced product.

My wife bought her laptop here and they let her use her student ID to get a discount! Also, they gave her a $150 gift card for making a purchase! Really awesome prices. We bought online then picked up in the store, and while we were there in person, we bought an extra hard drive and a case for protection. The employees are very nice here and willing to help. Definitely recommend! It is located on the second level, pretty much in the middle of the mall.

Worst customer service always comes from phone stores and phone carriers. They talk to you like you’re stupid and give you the runaround constantly with no real answer. Back and forth with no solution. Your “Genius Bar” staff are useless.
