I needed to get my battery replaced because of a Pixel update. Aaron made it so easy! I called ahead to see if he had the battery in stock, which he didn't, but he was expecting more in a few days. Aaron called me two days later letting me know he had a battery. I dropped off my phone that day and it was ready to be picked up an hour later. Super easy and fast!

After my Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra (Verizon variant) experienced a system crash caused by the recent "Safety Software Update 15," I thought I had lost all my data—almost 500GB of important files and memories.
