So happy they fixed my issue for a good price! I had a graphic card issue. After diagnosis they discovered it was my GPU (graphic card) fan that had gone out. They replaced it and got my computer back to me in under a week. I’m particularly impressed because Best Buy said it would be 2-3 weeks for me to get my computer returned. Skip Best Buy and go here. Thanks iGeek!

The tech's at iGeek did a great job of finding and repairing the issue I had with my computer. After updating to Microsoft windows 11, I lost the ability to sync with Quicken. The techs were able to resolve the issue and reinstall Windows 11. They kept me advised of the progress throughout the entire process.

Only leaving this review because i still received a handful of "Like and Recommend Us!" emails after expressly asking to be taken off their mailing list. I looked up iGeek because i needed my cell phone screen repaired, and i really liked how informative and professional the person was over the phone. Since it was a very old model (pixel 3) they had to order the replacement screen. $175 out of pocket, the replacement arrived quickly, i was in and out, and my phone screen was whole. However, the sound was suddenly garbled. (It had worked perfectly before) Turns out my speaker was damaged during the repair. I think what miffed me the most is that they were going to charge an additional 65 to repair the damage they caused because they didn't believe me. Ultimately, they replaced the part of the speaker they broke for free. But the whole experience just left a bad taste in my mouth. The three stars are because they were courteous and polite throughout the entire process. So there's that.

After 5 days at Best Buy with no work done on my laptop, iGeek was able to save all of the document files from my crashed laptop in one day. They understood my concern and completed the work timely and cost effectively. I highly recommend them.

I have used IGeek Repair for many years, beginning when Hammad was working out of his house. He has been very professional and quickly explains what he is doing and why. He has transferred data from computers to my new ones several times. The process is usually very quick.....a day or so, except for this last time, which was not their fault, but mine as I did not purchase enough storage. Hammad explained the issues and also gave recommendations as to what computers would be compatible and what I needed to look for. Once I was able to purchase a new computer, they were able to get my new computer up and running very quickly. I completely trust their expertise and will continue to use IGeek for any computer issues
