Needing some analysis and repair for my MacBook, I went to Elk Grove Computer Services. I knew nothing of its services. I sensed in talking to the owner/technician, that the work would be handled with experience and straightforwardness. It turned out to be exactly that. His experience led to analysis and repair in a quick turnaround. His straightforwardness was to be evident when he said only his analysis would require an initial and fair payment. His repair required no parts so he did not charge me any more. The computer works again! I am grateful for the quick and honest service. I recommend Elk Grove Computer Services.
