I just want to let everyone know that Robert did an excellent repair job to my computer! He even went ahead and installed a better performing hard drive than what the computer originally came with. I was just relieved and happy that all my computer files were not lost. It has been 2 months since he repaired my computer and I have had no issues. I would definitely recommend his services to others and his prices are reasonable.

Robert was professional and he was knowledgeable about the laptop I had brought into his office. Diagnosis was quick and I was given all the information I needed to make a decision to move forward with the repair and service of the laptop. I'll be visiting again in the future. Thank you!

For those who dont know much about computers, you're at a huge loss for getting repairs here. I know business cost always come into play but come on man, there's a line where it's just too greedy. I went in for a fan replacement, and re-application of thermal paste on a 3 year old laptop. If it wasn't for my fear of destroying my own rig I would do it myself. I previously looked up the parts. 40$ for both fans and $7 for Artic Silver AC5 Thermal Paste. Totaling at around 50 bucks. Now I wouldnt mind ordering the parts and paying 50 to 60 bucks on labor. Even if its a 15 to 20 minute fix. Well Mr. Alvarez hit me with an estimate of $37 per fan and $80 for labor. Totaling to (from the message he sent) $160.11. 50 to 60% than what I expected. Like I said, I understand there's business cost to maintain but that's a little steep for a 15-20 minute job. With that, thank you for your service, I'm taking my business elsewhere. And hope for this to serve as a heads up for anyone else looking to do business with them.
