Great experience at the Dublin store. Great team and super knowledgeable. I witness the Store manager go above and beyond for a customer who was having an issue his Samsung flip device!!! Would definitely recommend this store for repairs.

Excellent customer service! Kevin was amazing and super knowledgeable. I made an appointment within an hour the same day and showed up. While the pricing was a lil more expensive than I had expected, I subscribed to the assure plan and it saved me a ton. My iPhone 13 Pro Max was completely black screened due to water damage that rain leaked in through the cracked screen and it was useless. I wanted to get it working again or at least recover the last 4-5 days of pics and data I lost. In less than two hours my phone was restored and completely functional and I got a new after market screen but it was all under my budget. I was super impressed all the way around with amazing service and customer hospitality. Thank you Kevin and Alvin. Y'all ROCK! Will be referring to my friends and family.

Shaleem was awesome, so professional! He communicated very well and kept me posted on his ETA. He fixed a huge impact mark on my s22 ultra. It looks like it never happened! It took less than 30 minutes. I would recommend him to anybody who needs their phone fixed ASAP!
