My phone broke down, and I took it here for repair. I was greeted by Alex, who was nothing short of professional, kind, and cordial. He explained that the phone would need replacing due to extensive damage and assured me I would receive a text once it was ready. What I really appreciated was their periodic updates on the status of the repair and reminders if any paperwork needed to be completed. Three days later, I got a text and went to pick up my new phone. The entire process of transferring my data was a breeze. The place also smelled great and had nice tunes playing in the background. Shoutout to Alex for his flawless service—definitely recommended!

I came in with an Apple+ appointment thinking I had a cracked iPhone screen. The nice young man sees my phone and immediately surmises it's the screen protector that's cracked and not the screen itself. He removes the screen quickly and my phone is now working perfectly as the cracked screen protector was messing with my front facing camera. He didn't charge me anything for his services either. Thank you!

I unfortunately didn't have a great experience here. I had an appointment and brought my broken phone in for repair. I was told I'd receive an email in a few hours about the status of the repair. I had to call them for an update 7 hours later only for them to let me know that they found the problem and called in a new phone that wouldn't be delivered for 3 - 5 days, which wouldn't have been communicated to me if I had not called. I was going out of the country and couldn't wait that long, but they didn't help me troubleshoot any solution nor did they give me an option on the frontend for an alternative. They did find the issue and were very polite, however lacked communication, follow-up and support.

NEVER COME HERE. “Repair men” are slow and basically incompetent. Went to the store for a simple battery replacement. Forced to pay a “diagnostic” charge to tell me what I already knew. Then tried to charge $380 while the Apple Store charges $150 for the same pair with better service. Save your time and money and go to the Apple Store

Went to Mobile Kangaroo (MK) for a battery replacement on my iPhone SE 2nd (generation). This was my 2nd time to use them. Why MK and not Apple? MK is Apple Certified, so I knew the replacement would be an original Apple battery and would be installed correctly. Plus, their method allow you to keep the phone until time of actual replacement. You bring in the phone. They run a diagnostic test to determine the battery needs replacing and the battery’s condition is not due to something else. Then, you pay for the new battery, they order it and you wait for them to notify you the battery has been received. Then you go back to MK after 3-5 business days, give them your phone, and in 1.5 to 2 hours it’s ready.
