Excellent service from the TV department, Rodolfo was superb. Then went to the wireless... Informed them I wanted to buy. $1200 phone. and was advises they would be 5 mins..have just left 45 mins later. During which one of the other colleagues (not the one I spoke to) served as two other customers. Very disappointed.

Horrible service, I have external hard drive that I wanted to see if they can repair. Called and. All I got was an AI system that wouldn’t allow me to speak with a technician to see if this something they can repair. Around in circles I go!

I cracked my laptop screen and came in to get it repaired. They told me I would have to wait at least 2-3 weeks. This is absolutely ridiculous. I don’t have that much time to wait, when I use my laptop for work. I paid for warranty and this is the best they can do. This system is just ridiculous and awful if it can’t even make simple repairs within a reasonable time frame. As much as I like Best Buy, I want to let people know that it is totally not worth it to buy any type of warranty whatsoever. I wish I could give Geek Squad 0 stars.

The worst service I have ever encouter. I had an ASUS all-in-one that needed minpr repair. This was in 2016 I put it in February and then waited. I called in March, April and May and was told we are repairing it. The unique thing about this computer was the it has a detachable touch screen that allowed you to take it anywhere in the house and work on your computer. Well, what they hadn't told me and didn't tell me till June was they had broke the screen and had lost the key board and mouse that also were wireless and particular to the computer. Their hackkneyed solution was to give me a new screen, keyboard and mouse, the new screen would be fixed though or to give me a computer worth $700 when I had paid a $2400 for the one I had given them to repair. I found a used version of mine and asked them to buy it off of EBAY, which they did, and put my hard disc into it. So, to recap, six moths to notify me of the repair, at pickup there were parts missing and broken, I had to find the replacement parts myself.

Rude Employee by the name of Mark would not help me at desk. Needs to be trained on better customer service skills.
