I recently visited this place for a battery replacement, and I was shocked by their pricing and timeline. They quoted me $400 for the repair and said it would take a week to complete. On top of that, they wanted me to buy an extra hard drive and pay the diagnostic fees again—what a scam! I ended up finding a different place that did it for $190 and completed the repair the same day. If you're on a budget or need a faster turnaround, I'd suggest checking other options first. The place was quite unwelcoming and the didn’t seem to care for the customers concerns.

I would recommend 💯 It took 7 days for my MacBook Pro. To be fix. From drop off to pick up. I needed a new motherboard. Something I couldn’t fix myself. I now have a working MacBook Pro 💻 😇 Friendly service. Transparent pricing on the website. Mostly by appointment only right now. But I was able to schedule an appointment thru Apple.com (how I heard about them).

My computer was overheating and the fans were working so hard I thought my computer was getting ready to takeoff into space. Brought my 2017 Macbook Pro in and was met with nothing but kindness and respect. It was an extremely quick turnaround ( 1 day but I also was fortunate nothing major was wrong with my computer ). I handed over my computer, which is an extension of my person and I felt safe. That's the big thing, you feel safe and comfortable in their shop. I w i l l be returning for any future issues. 5/5, no questions asked.

I brought my MacBook Pro to macVolks for a battery replacement. For part of the repair, the computer had to be sent to Apple which they handled for me. When we got the computer back, the screen was broken. Apple denied breaking it but the folks at macVolks had pictures and followed up with Apple during the weeks long back and forth until Apple finally fixed the screen. Getting support from Apple can be a nightmare so I'm VERY grateful to macVolks for going out of their way to resolve this dispute for me. Great team over there and I'm definitely going back next time I have an issue with any of my Apple products. Thank you!!!

I had a nightmare that came true: my daughter dropped something on my laptop. My every day, get stuff done while kids are running in circles around me laptop. 😭 It's a work computer, fully pimped out and needed for everyday business. I made an appointment online, came in, and was given the news. It could be fixed! I received a follow-up call a few hours later to confirm it was just the screen that needed repair. I approved the repair and was told I should hear back by a certain date. I was called ahead of schedule! One thing I appreciate the most is constant communication and hitting deadlines. They did both.
