Absolutely the Worst ever! Dropped our daughter's camera off because the lens wouldn't retract, The tech guy said a couple of days, ended up 2 weeks only for us to keep calling to check on the progress. Finally had enough, went to pick it up, he Didn't do anything but made it worse! The guy didn't even put it back together good, screws were missing and of course he Didn't fix anything!

Got my phone fixed here and they left it looking brand new! They even gave me the option to change the color of my phone. Excellent customer service would come here again. Photos of the before and after.

Placed order online for in store drop off. Called before we made the 7 hour round trip to confirm. Get to the store and were denied as they didn't have enough cash to pay for my devices? Totally waste of gas. Keep getting emails saying my order is ready and all I need to do is drop off my devices. Call the store again. And now being told they are not buying any devices at this time. Why not say that when I called the first time? And why am I still getting emails that's telling me to drop off my devices?? All bad for business. Go else where to sell your devices.

I came here to get my screen repaired and wasn't expecting much, but the customer service was really good and they were very quick. Overall, their price for the repair was good and I felt like I was in good hands. I'd definitely recommend!

Absolutely very unprofessional!. I ordered the screen. Took an extra day. When they called I asked if I can bring in to fix at 5. When I got there I was told they can't get to it today. Said they don't do appointments. Only a one man show. Surprise! You would think being insude Wallmart they would be more professional. Found a cheaper place with appointment down the street. $42 LESS!! Poor communication.
