Thanks Manny for saving the information on my old Macbook Pro that had liquid damage and would not turn on. He saved all my kids baby pictures and my wedding photos! He also got my laptop working again and it was literally like nothing happened. Total life savers. I will definitely recommend this business to anyone I see with computer issues.

COURT SETTLES CASE ON MY BEHALF! When a company fails, the law decides who’s right. I waited for the court’s decision to ensure this review is honest and evidence-based. I owned a 2019 16" MacBook Pro (2TB SSD, 64GB RAM, i9 8-core CPU, AMD Pro 8GB graphics) $4,000 new. When it wouldn’t boot I took it to an Apple repair center in Mexico. They diagnosed a faulty logic board and TouchID pad, quoting $1,204(USD) for repairs. I declined because they insisted on keeping the replaced parts, which the SSD contained sensitive data. During a trip from MX to California, I sought an alternate repair and found Mr. Tirado dba Easy Computer Solutions (ECS). I asked Mr. Tirado, for a written estimate, but it was never provided. Weeks later, Mr. Tirado from ECS called, confirming the same issues and proceeded with the repair without sending the estimate. When I received the MacBook, I discovered a major error: the logic board was replaced with an inferior version (500GB SSD, 16GB RAM, i7 6-core CPU, Intel UHD 630 graphics). This downgrade rendered my software unusable and prevented me from restoring 1.5TB of cloud data. It's like my Macbook went from being a Corvette to a VW Bug. Mr. Tirado blamed his service center, calling it a "human error," and offered two unacceptable solutions: 1) Pay an additional $1,100 for the correct logic board. 2) Return the MacBook for a refund, costing me $600 in shipping and taxes, and receive it with the original non-functional parts. I took the case to court, having to fly from MX to CA, and providing complete communication transcripts and supporting documentation. Mr. Tirado provided zero evidence. The judge quickly ruled in my favor, awarding me $850 for the repair costs and "denied" Manny’s request for me to return the installed logic board. I was left with a Macbook that cannot produce or edit videos (my lively hood) and forced to buy new. ______ 2025 UPDATE REPLY TO OWNERS RESPONSE: Your accusations are factually incorrect and misleading. Let me clarify the situation based on the court’s ruling and California law: Return of the Logic Board: The court ruled in my favor and awarded me $850 for the repair costs. The judge explicitly denied your request to have the logic board returned. Under California law, once a court settles a case, it cannot compel the return of replaced parts. The logic board remains in my possession as part of the court’s decision. Written Estimate Requirement: California Civil Code § 9844 requires repair shops to provide a written estimate if requested by the customer. I repeatedly asked for an estimate via email, which you failed to provide. This lack of transparency contributed to the misunderstanding and the court case. Verbal Authorization: I authorized the repair based on your verbal assurance that the logic board would be replaced with a comparable part. Instead, you installed a significantly inferior logic board without my knowledge or consent. This misrepresentation is what led to the court ruling in my favor. Your claim that I "verbally authorized" a downgrade is simply untrue. Court’s Decision and Non-Payment: In California, non-payment of a court ordered judgment significantly impacts your credit report and financial standing. Unpaid judgments accrue interest at a rate of 10% per year and can be enforced for up to 10 years. To mitigate these effects, it’s crucial to address the judgment promptly. Defamation and False Accusations: My review is based on facts with provided evidence. I have not made false accusations or defamed your business. If you believe my review is defamatory, you are welcome to pursue legal action, my contact details are in the court records, but I stand by my statements as truthful and substantiated by evidence. Final Note: The court’s decision is final, and your continued refusal to pay the awarded amount only further damages your credibility. I stand by my review and the facts presented. Some of the documents presented to court are in the photos.

The absolute best computer repair place in San Diego hands down. I called up the shop and talked to Manny and he was very willing to help. I walked into the shop and Manny asked what's wrong, I said in detail what's wrong and he instantly had a couple ideas of what it could be, very good on communication. And a day later Manny already figured out what the issue was, described it to me, and offered solutions to help me and had it fixed the next day. Very quick and cheap and very friendly. Definitely my new go-to spot and already told my family about the place if they ever needed any computer service done. Quick, cheap, communicative , helpful and friendly. Everything you could want. Thank you Manny for your help!!
